Our Founder

Dana Mastache is the founder of Mastache Strategy Partners, bringing nearly a decade of leadership and operational experience to her work with businesses and professionals.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and a background in business leadership roles, Dana combines business strategy with a deep understanding of people, leadership, and organizational performance. Throughout her career, she has led teams, managed complex operations, navigated organizational change, and developed practical solutions to improve performance and execution.
